Wednesday Nights Under The LightsJCTS is THE place to be on Wednesday nights. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, or meeting friends, you can enjoy skeet and five stand on lighted fields until 8:30pm, sporting clays until dusk, followed by a grilled ribeye or salmon dinner. As demonstrated here, you grill your choice of Chairman's Reserve Ribeye ($23) OR filet of Atlantic Salmon ($20) accompanied by catered sides and salad bar. Yummy!
